Recently, I acquired a mannequin dress form to use for displaying my beaded pins & pendants. So, I have started taking some new photos of my work to post in my Etsy shop. Here are some pics of pet pins which are currently ready to ship. Hopefully now you will have a better idea of how big they are. How do they look? (Please click the pics to view listing.)
In the last photo, you will see my latest custom order, a beaded Puli dog pin! This one was quite a challenge to make, as I used tiny 1x4mm Czech micro bugle beads! On Facebook, I noted that I broke at least one bead, one beading needle, and one thread while working on this, but it was worth it. Click the pic for a closer look:) Hope I have better luck beading my Poodle Collar Necklace! :O

Photographing them on the mannequin is a great idea. You’re right that they give a better idea of size this way.
Love the cardinal!
Great idea, they’re actually I little larger than I thought. Nice!
They do look larger in these pics, but they are still actually pretty small. Most of my pins are under 2″…
What a great way to display your fabulous beadwork!
