I'm taking a short break from beading & blogging for the next couple of days because I'm going to New York City with my sister! We plan to check out the Guggenheim, attend a Broadway show, go to the Statue of Liberty, and maybe do a little bead shopping along the way! Of course, it wouldn't seem right if I didn't bring some beadwork to do, so I packed the above small project to work on at the hotel or on the train! Have a great time! There are some fun bead shops near Times Square if my memory serves me. I spent hours there and way too much money!

Have a wonderful time! Eat a New York cupcake for me if you get the chance! I have been following the progress of your beaded tank, and I am just so eager to start doing bead embroidery, but it is so intimidating to me! I get so inspired when I visit your blog, then I get scared when I drag my bead embroidery stuff out! One of these days I hope to at least finish an inchie! lol
