Last night, I finished cutting out the felt foundation for my beaded M1 Abrams main battle tank. There are 13 felt pieces total.
Now stitched together, my tank is 8 layers thick (3/4"), measuring 16" wide x 5.5" tall (40 x 13cm).
Now, I can finally start picking out some seed beads & parts for wheels! What colour do you think it should be?

Super neat! I was envisioning blue and green but it seems like many colors would work great :)
Make it the shade of green military tanks are. Who knows, maybe the Army will buy the finished product from you. Great work with the shape.

Depends on what you want to say with it, I suppose.... do you want to be realistic or do you want to make commentary with it, in rainbow colors?
