Finally, I think I have finished my second beaded DeLorean time machine! I stitched on my vinyl molding piece (without breaking my needle!) Then, I stitched all my beaded layers together, including Einstein and his driver's seat. I also stitched on more wires and a fuse.

Now, there are 3 fuses in the piece. Two of them are actually automotive fuses (green & orange) and they are stitched in behind the driver's seat of the car. The flux capacitor is also there, but you cannot see it- you'll have to use your imagination for that... ;) The other fuse is a regular clear glass one that I attached to the roof of the car using two pieces of gray electrical wire and some E-6000 glue. You can see how it is attached in the photo below.

Overall, I think it's a fair likeness of the actual Back to the Future movie car...

Now, I can start working on my third & final piece of the trilogy...

That Delorean totally rocks! I love it!
Einstein has such an awesome ride to cruise through time! Very awesome :)
Amazing!!
I wish I had something witty to say. That's pretty impressive.
Wow.
Wow! Major work has taken place since my last visit. This piece is fabulous. Can we see a picture of it in its entirety?
I love the delorean but einstein makes it for me...well done!
Wonderful. I wonder where Einstein will go to?
Thanks for all the comments! Eventually, each DeLorean will be stitched to its own canvas with a background. I am doing most of the beadwork first to see how they look together. So, to answer your question, Mo, it's not quite complete!
Lone rocks ;)
thanks for the band...very cool.
awesome ride! I love all the mechanical details
Awesome! "Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads."

Holy Cow - you're fast!
Fantastic, your work keeps getting more and more complicated.
Thanks!! This one is complicated, but it's the nature of the vehicle!
