I followed my own tutorial on how to do this kind of extreme bead embroidery. I used Japanese size 15 seed beads in about 5 different colours. There are also some Czech size 11 clear seed beads in there, too. Above, you can see my original drawing. It is much different than the final result. It always amazes me how beads can change a simple image! In this case, seed beads brought Einstein to life - and they even gave him a personality! :D Now, I just hope he fits inside my beaded DeLorean time machine! :0

Also, I would like everyone to know that I have finally joined Twitter! It seems that everyone is micro-blogging these days, so I figured I should try it. Plus, I think it will help drive some more traffic to my website, blog, and Etsy shop. So, if you're on Twitter, I invite you to follow me! And, if you're not, just check the little gray box in the sidebar to see what I'm up to! Enjoy! ;)

Holy smokes, that's amazing!
Einstein is soooo cute. I can't believe you did that with size 15 beads! Great work.
Thanks everyone!!!
And, yes, 15's are pretty small, but that's why they're my fav! :D
Einstein is very cool.
awwwww..
he's absolutely charming .. :)
awww, he's so fun!
I really love how this project is turning out! I haven't visited in a while, but that's ok--it makes seeing the progress that much more delightful! Einstein turned out wonderful with his hair, and I love the golden tones!
Oh cute!! I've never seen anything like this
Wow! I love this beadwork! Really creative!
Einstein is Mr. Personality Plus... quirky, curious, energetic, goofy... his character is obvious! You're a master at your own technique!
This troglodyte has not a CLUE was "micro-blogging" is... All I want is for it to stay simple and authentic... I'm confident that no matter how many geeky things you can do, your blog will remain a joy to read!
