Beaded Boston Citgo Sign

Beaded Boston Citgo sign Kenmore Sq. Red Sox home run beadwork, bead embroidery pop art lone beader(10.5" x 10.5"w)

Today, I finished beading my Citgo letters. Then, I stuffed the triangle before stitching it into place. The beadwork is stitched onto a reversed piece of black vinyl simply because I like its gray 'fuzzy' look. Hopefully, it resembles the real Citgo sign after they turn it off at midnight, which is (by the way) not too bright... :/

Again that's another beaut LB. I've shown your site to the not-wife and she is getting a hankering to do beadwork again as a result. Happy WW

I have to agree with Sandy--you truly make it look so easy. The light off the beads makes it glow already!

Thanks for all the comments!

And, Jams, that's great news! I hope the not-wife does pick up the old beading needle again! ;)

You are so amazing. I love to see an artist who pays rapt attention to each tiny detail and nuance, and you do that in spades. It's fun to see your latest work and to anticipate what you will do next!
