Okay. I'm happy you enjoyed my last post:) But, in all seriousness, today I'd like to take a moment to show you the back of my beaded Banksy pink car. Here you can see that I've used black and pink thread, and there are quite a few stitches.

Also, since I've finished beading the first layer of this little British sports car, I've begun to work on the second layer. Here, I'm using a combination of Dyed Rose Silver Lined (11/o) and Dusty Rose Matte seed beads. I am layering the beads rather sporadically, so that you can see much of the first layer. I have also skipped the whole center section of the door in an effort to recreate the dent that is on the original Triumph GT6.

I plan to layer the beads like this for much of the remainder of the body. How do you think it looks so far?? :)

I have some pants that need mending. Can I send them to you? You've got the magic touch when it comes to stitching and beading and stuff
That’s really impressive! And so much work! How much time have you invested in the Triumph thus far?
I like the second layer... it definitely gives the dent in the door a lot more depth. :)
I wanted to thank you for coming by my blog.
It looks great! You really pulled that dent off!
this gets more impressive as the days go by!
Wow, this work is looking so freaking great!

It's looking really good.
The layering gives real definition to the car - it's coming along so great.
